VW Passat taxi. Indian looking guy coming out of Lancs Aldi. Totally floors it to leave the car park & didn't look like he was about to stop at the junction at all. Jams on the brakes for the car approaching from the right & then quickly pulls out. As he passes, you guessed it - phone in hand & he's messing about on it.
