Goes in the right turn lane but uses it to overtake everyone as the lights turn green like so many do here. If traffic coming from the other direction is turning right then people doing this could cause an accident. https://youtu.be/uOWP2IRCTaM

Comes zipping up my back end for no reason. As I overtake he quickly follows. I pull in after the second overtake perfectly fine but as he crosses the centre line it's not long before oncoming traffic passes. Proceeds to get right up my back end again.
